Shipping Policy

Each order follows a defined timeline, whether ready or made for you.

Shipping is complimentary on all orders above EGP 2000.
Orders below this threshold will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Availability is indicated under the “Shipping” tab on each product page.

If your piece is available, it will be dispatched within 3 business days.

Pieces marked as “Bespoke” are made specifically to your order.

Crafting requires time—please allow up to 10 days for production before dispatch.

If your order includes both available and bespoke pieces,
the default is to ship everything together once the full order is complete.

If you prefer to receive available items sooner,
you may request split shipping by contacting: care@cerenci.com
