Returns Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• All original packaging must be intact

Defective Items

If your piece arrives with a defect, you are entitled to a free return.
Our team will arrange the return process at no cost to you.

Otherwise, a return shipping fee is charged.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued only after the item has been received and inspected
• Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days
• All refunds are sent via InstaPay

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

• The item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us
• The return request is made after the 14-day window
